Wonderful Condo / Beach Colony West 16 B

Our stay at the Beach Colony West Resort (Unit B-16) had everything we hoped for in a beach vacation...and more. Newly remodeled, this spacious, corner condo's view of the Gulf's turquoise waters was compelling! The well-furnished living room opened onto a large balcony. The modern, well-equipped kitchen had every appliance we needed; Both spacious bedrooms had king-sized beds, large screen TV's, and additional twin fold-up beds which my 6' tall grandson found very comfortable! The separate laundry/utility room had a large, up-to-date washer and dryer. I definitely look forward to renting this condo again!

We had a great time staying in this condo. Everything was very clean and really felt like home....not at all like a hotel. There were so many features that we really appreciated having....board games, fully stocked kitchen, laundry machines and cozy furniture to lounge on. We will be back for certain and I would recommend others book this property as well.

Have stayed at numerous condos in this building and this was the best. Like the layout much better, with two ensuites and the reserved parking space. Had a wonderful vacation.

The condo was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there for our stay. It’s a quick walk to the beach from the condo. I have difficulty walking due to stage 4 cancer but was able to do the walk and the steps without too much difficulty. There is some handicap accessible beach access located just a short distance away that we drove to and used as well. Everything you need to cook meals was there. The rooms were quiet and beautifully decorated in soothing colors and beach themes. This was a bucket list trip for me. To see the ocean, go shelling and crabbing. I truly enjoyed it.  Jan and her team were awesome.
